Who we are

Partner Visa Kit (partnervisakit.com) is run by Arif Ali, a private individual, Oxame, Arjunganj, Ahamamau, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002, India. It is a sister product of ApprovaVisa and shares its support team. Contact: support@approvavisa.com.

What the service is

Partner Visa Kit (about us) is an online document tool for Form 888 (“Supporting statement in relation to a Partner or Prospective Marriage visa application”). The couple sets up a case and invites up to 3 witnesses. Each witness answers the form’s questions in their own words and approves their statement. After payment, the couple’s browser enters the approved answers into a copy of the official form that the couple downloads from the Department of Home Affairs, and adds a continuation page if an answer is too long for its box.

A case can also include relationship statements: the visa applicant and their partner each answer guided questions about their relationship in their own words and approve their statement. After payment, the couple’s browser lays each approved statement out as a PDF.

What it is not

• It is not a government service. We are independent and not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or the Australian Government. The official form is published by the Department; we don’t host or supply it.
• It is not migration advice. We don’t assess your case, your evidence or your statements, and we don’t tell you whether they are enough. For advice, speak to a registered migration agent or a lawyer.
• We don’t write statements. Every sentence about a relationship comes from the witness or partner who wrote it.
• We don’t lodge anything or contact the Department for you, and we can’t promise any visa outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Statements must be true and in the witness’s own words. Giving false or misleading information in connection with a visa application is a serious offence under the Migration Act 1958.
• Each witness must make, review and approve their own statement. The couple must not fill in a witness’s answers for them or use a witness link without their consent.
• Each partner writes and approves their own relationship statement. Don’t write the other partner’s statement for them.
• Check the finished forms before you use them, follow the form’s own instructions, and use the current version from the Department. Our tool is built for Form 888 (08/26).
• Keep your private dashboard link safe. Anyone with it can see your case.

Price and payment

The Form 888 kit costs AUD 19 per case, paid once (GST included where it applies). It covers up to 3 witness statements for that case, including witnesses who finish after you pay. Relationship statements cost AUD 19 per case and cover both partners’ statements. Both together cost AUD 29; adding the second to a case that already has the first costs AUD 10. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are explained on our refunds page.

Your information

How we handle personal information, and when it is deleted, is explained in our privacy policy. Cases are deleted automatically 30 days after creation or payment, whichever is later, so download your files in time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, and to update it when the Department changes Form 888. We may change these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown above.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can’t be excluded. Subject to those rights, our liability for the service is limited to supplying it again or refunding what you paid for it.
